Im Winterhalbjahr liegt der Schwerpunkt auf der Schneeräumung und dem Winterdienst auf Strassen, Plätzen sowie Spazier- und Winterwanderwegen innerhalb des Gemeindegebiets. Zur effizienten Erfüllung dieser vielfältigen Aufgaben wird ein kompaktes, wendiges und vielseitig einsetzbares Fahrzeug benötigt, das sowohl für den Sommer- als auch für den Winterbetrieb geeignet ist und mit unterschiedlichen Anbaugeräten ausgerüstet werden kann.
