Die zu erbringende Leistung umfasst die Planung und Errichtung einer temporären Pumpwerksanlage an der Schleuse Spandau auf Grundlage der Vorplanung durch das WNA Berlin. Die Planungsleistung bezieht sich auf alle zur Errichtung erforderlichen Berechnungen, statischen Nachweise, hydraulischen Nachweise sowie die Erstellung der Ausführungsplanung, die Montage und die Inbetriebnahme. Die Anlage soll auf eine Betriebsdauer von etwa 15 Jahren ausgelegt werden und als vollständig reversible Konstruktion in die bestehende Schleusenstruktur eingebunden werden. Die Pumpwerksanlage gliedert sich im Wesentlichen in einen Pumpentragkäfig, eine Rohrschachtpumpe, eine DN-800-Druckleitung sowie eine automatische Rechenreinigungsanlage.
