La réalisation du contrôle technique lui-même est exclue du marché, de même que l'entretien et la réparation des caisses, cellules et groupes frigorifiques. Le marché comporte des conditions d'exécution à caractère environnemental au sens de l'article L. 2112-2 du code de la commande publique, définies à l'article 9 du cahier des clauses administratives particulières.
