Description

Le présent marché a pour objet l'entretien de mégaphorbiaies sur les parcelles départementales classées Natura 2000 à l'étang de La Pouge en haute-Vienne. La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 1° du Code de la commande publique. Le marché est conclu à compter de sa date de notification pour une durée de 6 mois. Les interventions seront réalisées entre novembre 2026 et le 31 janvier 2027. La procédure contient une clause environnementale mentionnée à 14.5 de l'acte d'engagement valant cahier des clauses techniques. Une visite sur site est possible . Les critères de jugement des offres sont :1- Prix des prestations jugé sur le montant en euros HT de la décomposition du prix global et forfaitaire sur 40 points. 2- Valeur technique Jugée sur le mémoire technique sur 50 points. 3 - Performance en matière de développement durable jugée sur la base de l'annexe " Performances environnementales" sur 10 points.
