Englannin käännös- ja kielentarkistuspalvelut Suomen Pankki (jäljempänä myös ”tilaaja” tai ”hankintayksikkö”) pyytää tarjouksia Hilma-ilmoituskanavassa julkaistun hankintailmoituksen ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti englannin käännös- ja kielentarkistuspalveluista ("Palvelu"). Kilpailutuksen perusteella valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja, jonka kanssa hankintayksikkö tekee sopimuksen. Valittava toimittaja voi olla myös toimittajien muodostama ryhmittymä. Sopimus allekirjoitetaan arviolta loppuvuonna 2026. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta tai palveluntuottajalle yksinoikeutta tuottaa palvelua. TURVALLISUUSSELVITYKSET, RIIPPUMATTOMUUS JA SALASSAPITO Kaikille kohteeseen työskentelemään tuleville henkilöille tehdään perusmuotoinen henkilöturvallisuusselvitys, johon henkilöiden on annettava henkilökohtainen suostumus. Hyväksytysti läpi mennyt turvallisuusselvitysprosessi on edellytys kohteessa työskentelylle ja salassa pidettävien asiakirjojen käsittelylle. Lisätietoa turvallisuusselvityksistä löytyy Suojelupoliisin verkkosivuilta. Valitulle tarjoajalle voidaan tehdä yritysturvallisuusselvitys. Henkilön tulee olla riippumaton Fivan valvottavista, ulkomaisista valvottavista ja muista finanssimarkkinoilla toimivista eli muun muassa pankeista, sijoituspalveluyrityksistä, rahastoyhtiöistä, pörssistä, vakuutus- ja eläkelaitoksista sekä listayhtiöistä.
