The overarching aim of this service will be to support employed residents of Inverclyde, particularly those residents at risk of losing their jobs, to remain in sustainable employment by helping them to understand their employment rights. The objectives of the service are to:  Provide specialist advice, advocacy and guidance about employment rights.  Provide a flexible, confidential client centred employment advice service, which is locally delivered and targeted at locations across Inverclyde.  Develop a partnership approach to complement and add value to other employability services in Inverclyde by providing a specialist employment advice service specific to client need.
