Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι η ανάπτυξη ενός μηχανισμού υποστήριξης των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων που έχουν έδρα το Δήμο Φυλής, ώστε να τους παρέχεται δωρεάν από το Δήμο ένα σύνολο από ψηφιακές και υποστηρικτικές υπηρεσίες (συμβουλευτική, τεχνική βοήθεια, εκπαίδευση/ενημέρωση, ψηφιακά εργαλεία προβολής και διαλειτουργικότητας με το Δήμο) προκειμένου να ενισχύσουν την ανθεκτικότητα, την βιωσιμότητα και την ανταγωνιστικότητά τους, αξιοποιώντας τα διαθέσιμα χρηματοδοτικά εργαλεία και προγράμματα που εκδίδονται κατά τη διάρκεια της σύμβασης.Αναλυτική περιγραφή του φυσικού και οικονομικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης δίδεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι ως αναπόσπαστο τμήμα της αναλυτικής διακήρυξης.
