Το αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης συνίσταται στην παροχή υπηρεσιών cyber security για την εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και τεχνική υποστήριξης του εξοπλισμού και των εφαρμογών του ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΟΥ ΚΤΗΜΑΤΟΛΟΓΙΟΥ με σκοπό την προστασία του φορέα τόσο από εξωτερικούς όσο και εσωτερικούς κινδύνους. Στις παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες από τον Ανάδοχο εμπίπτει ο αναλυτικός ορισμός των διαδικασιών και πολιτικών, η εγκατάσταση ή/και ανάπτυξη εξειδικευμένων λογισμικών όπου αυτό απαιτείται, η καταγραφή, σήμανση και συστημική καταχώριση του συνόλου του εξοπλισμού και των εφαρμογών του φορέα, η εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση, υποστήριξη, συντήρηση και η εκπαίδευση των αρμόδιων στελεχών που θα υποδείξει η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή στις νέες διαδικασίες και πολιτικές καθώς και στη χρήση των λογισμικών που θα εγκατασταθούν. Το αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης οργανώνεται σε τέσσερις βασικές περιοχές που καλύπτουν το σύνολο των αναγκών για την ολοκληρωμένη προστασία και συμμόρφωση του οργανισμού: • Τεχνικές Υλοποιήσεις: Περιλαμβάνουν την εγκατάσταση, παραμετροποίηση και ενοποίηση όλων των τεχνολογικών συστημάτων ασφάλειας που απαιτούνται για την προστασία του Κτηματολογίου. • Συμβουλευτικές Υπηρεσίες: Παρέχουν την απαραίτητη εμπειρογνωμοσύνη για την ανάλυση της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης, τον σχεδιασμό της στρατηγικής ασφάλειας και τη διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τη νομοθεσία. • Υπηρεσίες Υποστήριξης και Λειτουργίας: Διασφαλίζουν την αδιάλειπτη και αποτελεσματική λειτουργία όλων των συστημάτων ασφάλειας μετά την εγκατάστασή τους. • Λογισμικό και Τεχνολογικές Λύσεις: Καλύπτουν όλα τα εργαλεία, πλατφόρμες και συστήματα που απαιτούνται για την υλοποίηση της στρατηγικής κυβερνοασφάλειας.
