1. Αντικείμενο της παρούσας αποτελεί η παροχή υπηρεσιών συντήρησης, επέκτασης και φιλοξενίας του Πληροφοριακού Συστήματος ΑΔΜΗΕ-CIS, το οποίο παρέχεται από δύο συντονισμένα μεταξύ τους υποσυστήματα, το υποσύστημα IaaS (φιλοξενούμενο σε υποδομή του Αναδόχου Ανάπτυξης του ΑΔΜΗΕ-CIS) και το υποσύστημα SaaS (παρεχόμενο από την SAP σε ευρωπαϊκό κόμβο του SAP Cloud). 2. Στο αντικείμενο περιλαμβάνονται οι κάτωθι υπηρεσίες/προμήθειες: • Υπηρεσίες: - Ανάληψη εργασιών επέκτασης / τροποποίησης της υπάρχουσας λειτουργίας του ΑΔΜΗΕ-CIS (εξαιρείται ο τομέας Διαχείρισης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού, Μισθοδοσίας και Χρονοαπασχόλησης στον οποίο διατηρείται η ανάγκη μόνο πρόσβασης στα σχετικά δεδομένα του για λόγους δημιουργίας Αναφορών), - Συντήρηση/υποστήριξη του ΑΔΜΗΕ-CIS για τρία (3) χρόνια. • Άδειες Λογισμικού: Προμήθεια των απαραίτητων SAP αδειών χρήσης και Συντήρησης τύπου Perpetual (αν πρόκειται για νέες, επιπλέον άδειες) & Annual Subscription για τα περιβάλλοντα IaaS & SaaS. • Φιλοξενία: Συνέχιση της λειτουργίας του ΑΔΜΗΕ-CIS για τρία (3) χρόνια σε υποδομή IaaS επιλογής του νέου Αναδόχου, με την μορφή αντίστοιχου χρονικού μισθώματος. Η υποδομή IaaS θα πρέπει να έχει τουλάχιστον αντίστοιχη δομή και ίδια ή καλύτερη απόδοση με την υπάρχουσα υποδομή του ΑΔΜΗΕ-CIS.
