Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η συντήρηση των μονάδων άντλησης θερμότητας και των μονάδων κλιματισμού διαιρούμενου τύπου σε Δημοτικά κτίρια και κλειστούς χώρους Αθλητικών εγκαταστάσεων, οι εργασίες αναβάθμισης και ασφαλούς λειτουργίας των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εγκαταστάσεων πόσιμου νερού του δικτύου Ύδρευσης, πυρόσβεσης και άρδευσης, καθώς και η συντήρηση των ηλεκτρικών εγκαταστάσεων Δημοτικών και Σχολικών κτιρίων και αθλητικών εγκαταστάσεων. Η σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται σε οκτώ (8) τμήματα. Εκτιμώμενη αξία 391.775,45 EUR χωρίς ΦΠΑ 24% (με ΦΠΑ: 485.801,56 EUR), συμπεριλαμβανομένων των δικαιωμάτων προαίρεσης.
