Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια «Ειδών Καθαριότητας και Ευπρεπισμού για δύο (2) έτη», σύμφωνα με την Α.Π. 3556/04.02.2026 (ΟΡΘΗ ΕΠΑΝΑΛΗΨΗ 12.02.2026) Μελέτη της Διεύθυνσης Καθαριότητας - Περιβάλλοντος του Δήμου για την κάλυψη των αναγκών όλων των υπηρεσιών του Δήμου, καθώς επίσης και για την κάλυψη των αναγκών λειτουργίας του Κοινωνικού Παντοπωλείου. Η σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται σε τέσσερα τμήματα. Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 322.167,30€ μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ (συνολικό ποσό προϋπολογισμού 388.681,33€, Φ.Π.Α 24%: 60.559,99€, Φ.Π.Α 13%: 3.276,00, Φ.Π.Α 6%: 2.678,04). Η δαπάνη θα καλυφθεί από ιδίους πόρους του Δήμου. Εγγύηση συμμετοχής υπέρ του Δήμου Πυλαίας-Χορτιάτη, που αντιστοιχεί σε ποσοστό έως δύο (2) % της εκτιμώμενης αξίας της σύμβασης, μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου του ΦΠΑ, ήτοι: ποσού 6.443,35€ (τέσσερις χιλιάδες τετρακόσια σαράντα τρία ευρώ και τριάντα πέντε λεπτά) για το σύνολο της προμήθειας. Εγγύηση καλής εκτέλεσης υπέρ του Δήμου Πυλαίας-Χορτιάτη, που αντιστοιχεί σε ποσοστό έως δύο (4) % της εκτιμώμενης αξίας της σύμβασης, μη συμπεριλαμβανομένων δικαιωμάτων προαίρεσης, ήτοι: ποσού 12.886,69€ (δώδεκα χιλιάδες οχτακόσια ογδόντα έξι ευρώ και εξήντα εννέα λεπτά) για το σύνολο της προμήθειας.
