Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια καυσίμων (βενζίνη αμόλυβδη 95 οκτανίων, πετρέλαιο κίνησης, πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης) για τις ανάγκες του Δήμου Μακρακώμης. Η παρούσα σύμβαση υποδιαιρείται στα κάτωθι τμήματα: ΟΜΑΔΑ 1: «ΑΜΟΛΥΒΔΗ ΒΕΝΖΙΝΗ 95 οκτ.», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 41.985,000€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%. ΟΜΑΔΑ 2: «ΠΕΤΡΕΛΑΙΟ ΚΙΝΗΣΗΣ», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 162.541,80€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%. ΟΜΑΔΑ 3: «ΠΕΤΡΕΛΑΙΟ ΘΕΡΜΑΝΣΗΣ», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 68.508,00€ πλέον ΦΠΑ 24%. Προσφορές υποβάλλονται είτε σε επιμέρους ΟΜΑΔΕΣ είτε για το σύνολο των τριών (3) ΟΜΑΔΩΝ της προμήθειας. Οι προσφορές θα υποβάλλονται για όλα τα είδη που περιλαμβάνει η ΟΜΑΔΑ που αφορά η προσφορά, με την προϋπόθεση ότι θα καλύπτουν όλη την ποσότητα του κάθε προσφερόμενου είδους που περιλαμβάνεται στη αντίστοιχη ΟΜΑΔΑ, σε διαφορετική περίπτωση η προσφορά για την ΟΜΑΔΑ θα απορρίπτεται ως απαράδεκτη. Ειδικότερα η προμήθεια αφορά την προμήθεια 27.000 L βενζίνης αμόλυβδης 95 οκτ.; Προμήθεια πετρελαίου κίνησης για τις ανάγκες του Δήμου Μακρακώμης.
