The National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, via its Special Research Funds Account, is procuring scientific instruments for the upgrade of the NatPro Aegean research infrastructure. The purchase supports large-scale production of high added-value natural products from plant biodiversity and agri-food by-products of the North Aegean Region. The package includes an industrial rotary evaporation system, a microwave radiation drying system, a reverse osmosis and nanofiltration (RO/NF) system, a cutting mill for size reduction, and a pressurized solvent extraction (PSE) device.
