Description

Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η Προμήθεια «Εθνική υποδομή εγκιβωτισμού νανο/μικροηλεκτρονικών διατάξεων και κυκλωμάτων (NANOPACK)». Αναλυτικότερα η προμήθεια αυτή αφορά σε ένα (1) σύστημα για την κάλυψη των αναγκών εγκιβωτισμού (packaging) μικρο/νανο ηλεκτρονικών διατάξεων και ολοκληρωμένων κυκλωμάτων, το οποίο θα περιλαμβάνει: 1. ένα (1) επιτραπέζιο σύστημα συγκόλλησης καλωδίων και μηχανικών δοκίμων 2. ένα (1) ημιαυτόματο σύστημα μικροσυναρμολόγησης για εφαρμογές συγκόλλησης και τοποθέτησης εξαρτημάτων. Η προμήθεια περιλαμβάνει και την υποχρέωση του προμηθευτή να εγγυηθεί τη λειτουργία του για τουλάχιστον το χρονικό διάστημα που αναφέρεται στις προδιαγραφές κάθε είδους (βλ. ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι - πίνακες τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και απαιτήσεων). Επίσης, περιλαμβάνει και την υποχρέωση του προμηθευτή να τοποθετήσει και να εγκαταστήσει τον εξοπλισμό, να εκπαιδεύσει το αρμόδιο προσωπικό του ΙΗΔΛ σε θέματα βασικής λειτουργίας και συντήρησης του εξοπλισμού καθώς και σε θέματα ασφαλείας και να τον παραδώσει σε πλήρη λειτουργία κατόπιν τεχνικού ελέγχου καλής λειτουργίας. Επιπροσθέτως, περιλαμβάνει και την υποχρέωση του προμηθευτή να εγγυηθεί τη διάθεση ανταλλακτικών για τουλάχιστον επτά (7) έτη.
