Description

Το έργο αφορά στην ανέγερση κλειστού γυμναστηρίου, δυναμικότητας 224 καθήμενων θεατών, με σύγχρονες προδιαγραφές. Το έργο αντιστοιχεί σε “κλειστή εγκατάσταση με θεατές έως 1.000”, δηλαδή στην Κατηγορία Δ κατά τον νόμο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις κατηγορίας Δ αφορούν μικρά κλειστά γυμναστήρια με τοπική εμβέλεια. Προβλέπεται η κατασκευή σκελετού με μεταλλικό φέροντα οργανισμό και εφελκυόμενη αρχιτεκτονική μεμβράνη υψηλής αντοχής. Επιπλέον, θα διαμορφωθούν κερκίδες, αποδυτήρια, χώροι υγιεινής και λοιπές υποδομές, ώστε το κλειστό γυμναστήριο να πληροί πλήρως τις απαιτήσεις της ελληνικής και ευρωπαϊκής νομοθεσίας για αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις και τις τεχνικές οδηγίες προσβασιμότητας ΑμεΑ. Το έργο εντάσσεται στον ευρύτερο σχεδιασμό αναβάθμισης των αθλητικών χώρων του Δήμου, αξιοποιώντας το υπάρχον οικόπεδο (στον οποίο βρίσκονται και δύο ανοικτά γήπεδα αντισφαίρισης) προς όφελος της τοπικής κοινωνίας.
