Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια υγρών καυσίμων και λιπαντικών μέσων για τις ανάγκες της Δημοτικής Επιχείρησης Ύδρευσης - Αποχέτευσης & Τηλεθέρμανσης Λαυρεωτικής.Η εκτέλεση της προμήθειας είναι επιβεβλημένη για την κίνηση των οχημάτων και μηχανημάτων έργου, (Jcb, Αποφρακτικό, Grader, Φορτωτής, Case), καθώς και τη λειτουργία των δύο εγκαταστάσεων επεξεργασίας λυμάτων και των αντλιοστασίων, προκειμένου να εξασφαλιστεί η εύρυθμη λειτουργία και η εκπλήρωση των σκοπών της Δημοτικής Επιχείρησης. Ο Δήμος Λαυρεωτικής θα υλοποιήσει τις προβλεπόμενες διαδικασίες ανάδειξης προμηθευτών έως την έκδοση κατακυρωτικής απόφασης, για την προμήθεια των ανωτέρω ειδών για τις ανάγκες της Δ.Ε.Υ.Α.ΤΗ.Λ., σύμφωνα με την υπ' αριθμ.77/2026 απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της Δημοτικής Επιχείρησης και το άρθρο 630 του Ν.5314/2026. Η σύμβαση υποδιαρείται σε δύο (2) τμήματα: Τμήμα Α: Καύσιμα, Τμήμα Β: Λιπαντικά.Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι Οικονομικοί Φορείς μπορούν να συμμετάσχουν στη διαδικασία υποβάλλοντας προσφορά είτε για ένα τμήμα, είτε για το σύνολο της προμήθειας, αλλά για το σύνολο των ζητούμενων ποσοτήτων κάθε τμήματος, όπως αναφέρθηκαν ανωτέρω και για τα τρία (3) έτη. Η παρούσα διαδικασία αφορά την προμήθεια λιπαντικών την καλή και ομαλή κίνηση και λειτουργία των οχημάτων και μηχανημάτων έργου και περιλαμβάνει έλαια και λιπαντικά (υδραυλικών συστημάτων, συστημάτων μετάδοσης κίνησης, κλπ), για χρονικό διάστημα τριών (3) ετών.; Η παρούσα διαδικασία αφορά την προμήθεια υγρών καυσίμων για τις ανάγκες της Δημοτικής Επιχείρησης Ύδρευσης - Αποχέτευσης & Τηλεθέρμανσης Λαυρεωτικής για χρονικό διάστημα τριών (3) ετών. Η εκτέλεση της εν λόγω προμήθειας είναι επιβεβλημένη για την κίνηση των οχημάτων και μηχανημάτων έργου, (Jcb, Αποφρακτικό, Grader, Φορτωτής, Case), καθώς και τη λειτουργία των δύο εγκαταστάσεων επεξεργασίας λυμάτων και των αντλιοστασίων, προκειμένου να εξασφαλιστεί η εύρυθμη λειτουργία και η εκπλήρωση των σκοπών της Δημοτικής Επιχείρησης.
