Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια καυσίμων κίνησης-πετρελαίου θέρμανσης & λιπαντικών -αντιψυκτικών για τον Δ. Ζίτσας ετών 2026-2027 και του έτους 2028 αν ασκηθεί το δικαίωμα προαίρεσης, όπως αναλυτικά αναφέρεται στην 21/2025 Μελέτη που έχει συνταχθεί από το τμήμα Τεχνικών Υπηρεσιών του Δήμου Ζίτσας και αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο τμήμα της Διακήρυξης ως ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ I.
