Στο Τμήμα Α περιλαμβάνονται οι ακόλουθες εργασίες: (α) Κατασκευή της Μονάδας Ξήρανσης Ιλύος ΕΕΛ Ξάνθης (β) Προμήθεια και εγκατάσταση όλου του ηλεκτρολογικού και μηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού που απαιτείται (γ) οι πάσης φύσεως δοκιμές (δ) η θέση σε αποδοτική λειτουργία και η 12μηνη δοκιμαστική λειτουργία των έργων Στο Τμήμα Β περιλαμβάνεται η Κανονική Λειτουργία και Συντήρηση της Μονάδας Ξήρανσης Ιλύος ΕΕΛ Ξάνθης για χρονικό διάστημα τριών (3) ετών (α) η λειτουργία των έργων, ώστε να ικανοποιούνται τα κριτήρια απόδοσης, που έχουν καθοριστεί (β) η συντήρηση των έργων: επιθεώρηση και έλεγχος, περιοδική συντήρηση και διορθωτική συντήρηση όλου του εξοπλισμού (γ) η ανάπτυξη διαδικασιών συνεχούς καταγραφής των δραστηριοτήτων λειτουργίας και συντήρησης, περιλαμβανόμενης και της μεταφοράς και διάθεσης του τελικού προϊόντος, με κατάλληλες μεθόδους παρουσίασης και αναφοράς των στοιχείων αυτών (δ) η ανάπτυξη διαδικασιών και συστημάτων καταγραφής για την αντιμετώπιση περιστατικών έκτακτης ανάγκης
