Παράλληλα θα προβλέπεται στη σύμβαση και μία περίοδος δοκιμαστικής λειτουργίας και εκπαίδευσης για τον εξοπλισμό, καθότι ενέχει μεγάλη πολυπλοκότητα το σύστημα που πρόκειται να εγκατασταθεί. Η σύμβαση προμηθειών περιλαμβάνει εργασίες τοποθέτησης και εγκατάστασης.
