Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η προμήθεια καυσίμων για τις ανάγκες κίνησης των οχημάτων - μηχανημάτων έργου, η προμήθεια καυσίμων για τις ανάγκες θέρμανσης των κτιριακών του εγκαταστάσεων (δημοτικών κτιρίων & σχολικών συγκροτημάτων), καθώς και η προμήθεια ελαιολιπαντικών - πρόσθετων για τις ανάγκες καλής λειτουργίας του μηχανολογικού του εξοπλισμού του Δήμου Παύλου Μελά Η ομάδα Α αφορά τα είδη του καυσίμου που προορίζονται για την κίνηση των οχημάτων - μηχανημάτων έργου (πετρέλαιο κίνησης και βενζίνη αμόλυβδη) για το οποίο λαμβάνεται υπόψη η μέση τιμή χονδρικής πώλησης (ο προμηθευτής θα μεταφέρει με βυτίο και θα αδειάζει μέσα σε σύστημα δεξαμενών - αντλιών στο πρατήριο καυσίμων που διαθέτει ο Δήμος Παύλου Μελά, σε ποσότητες που θα καθοριστούν στις επιμέρους συμβάσεις που θα υπογραφούν).; Το Τμήμα 2 αφορά το είδος του καυσίμου που προορίζεται για τη θέρμανση (πετρέλαιο θέρμανσης) των δημοτικών κτιρίων που στεγάζουν υπηρεσίες του Δήμου Παύλου Μελά και των σχολικών κτιρίων (Πρωτοβάθμια & Δευτεροβάθμια Εκπαίδευση), για το οποίο λαμβάνεται υπόψη η μέση τιμή χονδρικής πώλησης (ο προμηθευτής θα μεταφέρει το καύσιμο με βυτίο και θα το αδειάζει μέσα σε δεξαμενές των δημοτικών και σχολικών κτιρίων σε ποσότητες που θα καθοριστούν ανάλογα με τη την εκάστοτε χωρητικότητα της δεξαμενής τους και σύμφωνα με την υπογραφείσα κατά περίπτωση σύμβαση).; Το Τμήμα 3 αφορά τις ανάγκες σε βασικά ελαιολιπαντικά και πρόσθετα για τα οχήματα - μηχανήματα έργου του Δήμου Παύλου Μελά. Ως βασικά ελαιολιπαντικά χαρακτηρίζονται από την μελέτη αυτή, τα αναφερόμενα είδη στην Υπουργική Απόφαση 1450 / 550 / 03-03-1982 (ΦΕΚ 93/Β/1982) ‘Καθορισμός καταναλώσεως καυσίμων και λιπαντικών’ και είναι τα εξής: α) Λάδι κινητήρων β) Λάδι οδοντωμάτων (βαλβολίνη)
