Αντικείμενο του έργου αποτελεί η κατασκευή του συλλεκτήρα Χαϊδαρίου στην περιοχή του Δήμου Χαϊδαρίου, καθώς και των κατάντη τμημάτων συμβαλλόντων αγωγών, οι οποίοι έχουν μελετηθεί στα πλαίσια της Οριστικής Μελέτης Αποχέτευσης Υδάτων (Ζώνη 5), που αποτελεί τμήμα της μελέτης με τίτλο: «ΜΕΛΕΤΗ ΚΑΤΑΣΚΕΥΗΣ ΔΙΚΤΥΩΝ ΑΠΟΧΕΤΕΥΣΗΣ ΟΜΒΡΙΩΝ ΥΔΑΤΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΑΤΑΞΕΩΝ ΑΝΑΣΧΕΣΗΣ ΤΗΣ ΠΛΗΜΜΥΡΙΚΗΣ ΑΠΟΡΡΟΗΣ ΣΤΟΥΣ ΔΗΜΟΥΣ ΑΓΙΩΝ ΑΝΑΡΓΥΡΩΝ - ΚΑΜΑΤΕΡΟΥ, ΙΛΙΟΥ, ΠΕΤΡΟΥΠΟΛΗΣ, ΠΕΡΙΣΤΕΡΙΟΥ, ΧΑΪΔΑΡΙΟΥ, ΑΙΓΑΛΕΩ ΚΑΙ ΑΓΙΑΣ ΒΑΡΒΑΡΑΣ». Ο προϋπολογισμός δημοπράτησης του έργου ανέρχεται σε 9.274.193,55 Ευρώ και αναλύεται σε: Δαπάνη Εργασιών 4.925.209,40 ευρώ Γενικά έξοδα και Όφελος εργολάβου (Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.) 886.537,69 ευρώ Απρόβλεπτα (ποσοστού 9% επί της δαπάνης εργασιών και του κονδυλίου Γ.Ε.+Ο.Ε.) 523.057,24 ευρώ, που αναλώνονται σύμφωνα με τους όρους του άρθρου 156 παρ. 3. (β) του ν. 4412/2016. Απολογιστικά 1.497.500,00 ευρώ ΓΕ & ΟΕ απολογιστικών 269.550,00 ευρώ Α.Ε.Κ.Κ. 800.000,00 ευρώ Στο ανωτέρω ποσό προβλέπεται αναθεώρηση στις τιμές ποσού 372.339,22 ευρώ, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 153 του ν. 4412/2016. Δεν προβλέπεται ρήτρα πρόσθετης καταβολής, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 149 του ν. 4412/2016.
