Electronic combat systems and electronic warfare protection equipment

This defence procurement concerns electronic combat complexes and radio-electronic (electronic warfare) protection equipment. The buyer is a Ukrainian contracting authority procuring in accordance with paragraph 8 of the Special Features of Defence Procurement during the legal regime of martial law, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1275 of 11.11.2022. The purchase takes place in Ukraine. Because the procurement is carried out under special martial law defence rules, the procedure follows those special provisions rather than standard public procurement rules. Suppliers able to deliver such defence equipment may bid under these special arrangements.
