Auftragsgegenstand: Elektroinstallationsarbeiten 3.) Ort der Ausführung: Kekuléstr. 5, 12489 Berlin 4.) Art und voraussichtlicher Umfang der Leistung: Elektroinstallationsarbeiten im Zuge mehrerer im Gebäude verteilter Einzelmaßnahmen, unter anderem der Herstellung von 4 Laborräumen, Erneuerung des ELT-Hausanschlusses mit neuer NSHV (gesonderter Auftrag), Erneuerung der Sanitäranlagen und der Trinkwasserverteilung, kleineren Brandschutzertüchtigungen und der Herstellung neuer Lüftungsanlagen auf der Dachbühne des Gebäudes. Liefern und installieren von Komponenten der Niederspannungsinstallationstechnik bestehend aus: 1 x HA/HA Kombination 2x315A mit Wandlermessplatz 6 x Unterverteilung 4200m Kabel und Leitungen 180 Installationsgeräte 100m Gitter- und Kabelrinne 50m Brüstungskanal 30 Leuchten 500m Leitungen Demontage Kabel, Rohre, Kanäle 10 x Demontage Leuchten 1x Baustrom 5.) voraussichtlicher Zeitraum der Ausführung: 01.06.2026 bis30.06.2028 Elektroinstallationsarbeiten
