Згідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу "ТД ЕЛЕКТРОЕНЕРГІЯ" (та додатків до неї), що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону (з урахуванням Особливостей). До розгляду не приймається тендерна пропозиція, ціна якої (без ПДВ) є вищою ніж очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі, визначена замовником в оголошенні про проведення цих відкритих торгів. Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі в оголошенні про проведення цих відкритих торгів зазначена без урахування податку на додану вартість.
