Відповідно до п. 2.1 додатку 2 до проєкту договору фактична ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії (Цф) на момент укладення Договору визначається шляхом ділення кінцевої тендерної пропозиції (пропозиції) учасника-переможця (Постачальника) за результатами проведення закупівлі (процедури закупівлі) на загальний обсяг закупівлі Товару та становить _______ грн. за 1 кВт*год. з ПДВ, та складається із таких складових: - Цсз = _______ (грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ) - середньозважена ціна на ринку «на добу наперед», визначена Постачальником як середньозважена ціна на ринку «на добу наперед» за повний останній календарний місяць, що передує даті оголошення закупівлі (процедури закупівлі), за даними «Оператор ринку», розміщеними на його веб-сайті: https:// www.oree.com.ua; - Тосп = _______ (грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ) - тариф на послуги з передачі електричної енергії, який встановлюється Регулятором та є чинний на дату оголошення закупівлі (процедури закупівлі); - Впост = _______ (грн за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ) - розмір торговельної надбавки / знижки Постачальника за одиницю електричної енергії та не змінюється протягом усього строку дії Договору.
