Початком постачання електричної енергії Споживачу є дата, зазначена в заяві-приєднанні. Термін постачання електричної енергії: з дня підписання Договору до 31.12.2026 року. Місце постачання електричної енергії: структурні підрозділи КНП БМР ХО «БКБЛІЛ» по вул. Захисників України, 10, та по вул. Партизанській, 25, в м. Балаклія Ізюмського району Харківської області. Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з російської федерації/республіки білорусь/ісламської республіки іран. Розрахунки проводяться Споживачем на підставі відповідного рахунка Постачальника, згідно акту прийому-передачі активної (реактивної) електричної енергії, підписаної обома Сторонами, шляхом перерахування грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника протягом 10-ти банківських днів після дати отримання рахунку за спожиту електричну енергію Споживачем від Постачальника.
