Споживач має право вільно змінювати Постачальника відповідно до процедури, визначеної ПРРЕЕ, та умов Договору. Постачальник за Договором не має права вимагати від Споживача будь-якої іншої плати, що не визначена Договором. Товар, який постачатиметься за Договором, укладеним за результатом цієї закупівлі, не може бути походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран та не пов’язаний з отриманням доходів громадянами Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран.
