Summary
Machine-generated summaryThis tender covers the supply of electrical energy. The catalogue participant acting as the supplier must guarantee that the electricity offered does not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, or the Islamic Republic of Iran. Participants offering goods originating from these countries, or legal entities linked to them, are not admitted to the procurement in accordance with the requirements of current Ukrainian legislation and Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1178. Bidders therefore need to confirm the accepted origin of the electricity supplied and demonstrate compliance with these restrictions when submitting their participation in the electronic catalogue procedure.
