This tender concerns the supply of electrical energy. The unit price (per kWh, including VAT) will be determined at contract signing using a defined formula: the weighted average purchase price per unit resulting from trading on the day-ahead electricity market, based on data published by the market operator JSC 'Market Operator' for the last full calendar month preceding the announcement of the procurement procedure (August 2026), stated at 6.187650 UAH excluding VAT, plus the current transmission services tariff for electricity approved by the National Regulator (NKREKP), excluding VAT, plus the supplier's fixed trading margin or discount, excluding VAT, which remains unchanged for the duration of the contract, with the total multiplied by the VAT factor of 1.2.
