Ціна за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії (без ПДВ) зазначена в Додатку №2 до проєкту Договору та на дату укладання Договору розраховується за формулою : 1 кВт*год. = (___ грн. Ціна РДН + ____ грн. Ціна передачі + ___ грн. Тн), де: Ціна РДН - ціна в гривнях за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії, яка відповідає середньозваженій ціні на електричну енергію на ринку «на добу наперед» ОЕС України за повний календарний місяць, що передує місяцю, в якому була подана Комерційна пропозиція Постачальника, як переможця відбору, та складає ______________грн. за 1 кВт*год. без ПДВ; Ціна передачі - ціна (тариф) на послугу з передачі електричної енергії для користувачів системи, в гривнях за 1 кВт*год електричної енергії, встановлюється постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг, що діє на дату подання Комерційної пропозиції Постачальником як переможцем відбору, затверджений постановою НКРЕКП від __________ №__________ та становить ______________ грн. за 1 кВт*год без ПДВ; Тн - Торговельна надбавка Постачальника електричної енергії (вартість послуг Постачальника), що включає всі витрати для виконання ним умов цього Договору, не може змінюватися протягом строку дії цього Договору та складає ______________грн. за 1 кВт*год. без ПДВ; Ціна Товару, в тому числі за одиницю Товару, може змінюватися у випадках, визначених у розділі 14 Договору. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран.
