Marché public de prestations intellectuelles établi en application du Code de la Commande Publique et passé selon une procédure adaptée en application de l'article L.2123-1 1° du code susvisé. Marché à tranches tel que défini aux articles R2113-4 à R.2113-6 du code susvisé : - Tranche ferme (TF) : Etat des lieux des infrastructures de production d'AEP - Tranche Optionnelle 1 (TO1) : Scénario d'évolution des besoins et des ressources - Tranche Optionnelle 2 (TO2) : Elaboration du plan d'action - Tranche Optionnelle 3 (TO3) : Missions complémentaires La durée globale du marché est de 18 mois à compter de la date fixée par l'ordre de service qui prescrira le lancement de la Tranche Ferme. Les prestations de la Tranche Ferme seront exécutées à compter de la date fixée par l'ordre de service qui prescrira de les commencer. Pour les Tranches Optionnelles, le délai d'exécution débutera à compter de la date fixée par l'OS d'affermissement de la tranche considérée. Les prestations sont réglées en application des prix unitaires et forfaitaires figurant sur le bordereau des prix.
