El objeto del contrato es la participacion del Instituto en el International Cheese Festival como expositor para reforzar lapresencia del sector quesero del Archipielago tanto en la celebracion de la Feria World Cheese Awards 2026 como en la divulgacionde las actuaciones de promocion del Sector quesero que realiza el ICCA en el desarrollo de catas y ponencias que permitan llegar aun publico mas especializado.
