Former Hertie building - demolition works and construction of a new car park

The contract covers the demolition of the former Hertie building down to the basement and the construction of a new car park on the site. The works include dismantling a largely reinforced concrete structure of about 62 m by 75 m with a gross floor area of around 20,870 m2, drainage works for the car park, concrete preservation measures on the basement ceiling slab, backfilling works, and construction of the car park surface with an asphalt finish, including safety works on openings.
