Description

Käesoleva hanke eesmärgiks on Enefit Industry OÜ tehnoloogiliste seadmete ja rajatiste puhastamise teenuste tellimine. Hanke tulemusena sõlmitakse hankeleping kuni kahe pakkujaga, kelle tingimustele vastavad pakkumused on vastavalt pakkumuste hindamise kriteeriumidele saanud paremusjärjestuses esimese ja teise koha. Kui tingimustele vastavaid pakkumusi on vähem kui kaks, on Tellijal õigus sõlmida hankeleping ühe pakkujaga. Iga edukaks tunnistatud pakkujaga sõlmitakse eraldi hankeleping. Tööde tellimise järjekord ja tingimused kahe hankelepingu vahel on sätestatud tehnilise kirjelduse punktides 1.2-1.7. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
