Riigihanke eesmärk on sõlmida kuni kolme raamlepingu partneriga raamleping õppe-, arendus-, teadus-, labori- ja demonstratsioonikasutuseks mõeldud robotite ning nendega seotud kaupade ja teenuste hankimiseks.
