Description

Hankelepingu esemeks on tehnilises kirjelduses sätestatud tingimustele vastavate seadmete hankimine koos transpordiga hankija määratud asukohta. Hankeleping sõlmitakse ühe eduka pakkujaga. Hankijal on õigus pakkumused tagasi lükata RHS §-s 116 sätestatud alustel ja korras. Hankijal on õigus põhjendatud vajaduse korral tunnistada hankemenetlus omal algatusel kehtetuks RHS § 73 lg 3 p 6 alusel, sealhulgas juhul, kui hankemenetluse õiguspärane jätkamine või hankelepingu sõlmimine ei ole hankijast sõltumatutel või hankija jaoks objektiivselt põhjendatud asjaoludel enam võimalik, vajalik või otstarbekas. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
