Hanke eesmärk on viia läbi erinevad analüüsid, mille tulemusel saaks hakata ette valmistama autonoomse mehitamata õhusõiduki süsteemi loomist; rakendusuuring, mille tulemusena on lennuprotseduurid kooskõlastatud Lennuliiklusteeninduse AS-i ja Transpordiametiga ning välja on töötatud käitamisprotseduurid; prototüübi tehnilise kirjelduse koostamine ning hilisem testimine erinevates stsenaariumides, säästmaks inimressurssi ja kiirendada sündmuste lahendamist; lõppkasutaja koolitamine ning raporti koostamine. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
