Estonia - Software programming and consultancy - State unified economic software conversion, migration, development and SaaS hosting (RTK)

The Estonian government is seeking a contractor to upgrade its national SAP system and migrate it to the SAP S/4 HANA 2023 private cloud version. The procurement covers software development, testing, implementation, documentation, and training. These implementation tasks must be completed within one year of contract signature. After the production environment goes live, the contractor must host the environments under a Software-as-a-Service model for four years, ensuring cloud access as required.
