Dünaamilise hankesüsteemi esemeks on arendus- ja hooldustööd, analüüsid ja testimisteenus. Täpne lepingu ese ning hankija vajadused määratletakse igakordselt dünaamilise hankesüsteemi alusel korraldatud hanke alusdokumentides. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest Arendus- ja hooldustööde tellimine nii olemasolevate kui ka loodavate infosüsteemide ja nendega seotud lahenduste arendamiseks ning hooldamiseks lähtuvalt hankija vajadusest. Arendus- ja hooldustöödeks on: 1. analüüsitööd; 2. programmeerimistööd; 3. testimistööd (käsitsi- ja automaatestimine); 4. juurutustööd; 5. koolitused; 6. dokumentatsiooni koostamine; 7. jooksvate muudatusvajaduste realiseerimine; 8. hooldustööd; 9.
