Hankelepingu objektiks on aastaringne tänavate, kõnniteede, jalgrattateede, bussipeatuste, parklate ja muude teerajatiste hoolduse teostamine ja seisundi järelevalve Tartu linnas 01.07.2027 kuni 30.06.2032 hankedokumentides (edaspidi HD) määratletud tingimustel, HD p 6 näidatud piirkondades ja HD lisa 2 p 2.1. märgitud lisades toodud mahtudes. Hankelepingu alguskuupäev võib edasi nihkuda juhul, kui hankele esitatakse vaidlustusi. Riigihange on jaotatud 3 osaks, osade piirid on näidatud HD punktis 6.2.
