Hanke eesmärgiks on kaupade impordiformaalsuste haldamist toetava teenuse arendustööde ja tarkvara hooldustööde hankimine. Tellitavad tööd infosüsteemides tuleb teostada vastavalt muudetavatele siseriiklikele- või rahvusvahelistele õigusaktidele ning regulatsioonidele, samuti tulenevalt infosüsteemide kasutamise käigus esile kerkinud tehnilistest ja äriprotsessilistest muudatusvajadustest.
