ICP-OES seadmekomplekt koosneb põhiseadmest, automaatdosaatorist, diskreetse proovisisestuse klapist, jahutusega soojusvahetist ehk chillerist, juhtarvutist, tarkvarast ning kirjelduses märgitud tarvikutest ja lisadest. Pakutav komplekt peab sisaldama kõiki tarvikuid (va. gaasid) seadme esialgseks käivitamiseks ning töökorrasoleku kontrolliks.
