Lepingu ese on Tallinna Linnavolikogu 7. oktoobri 2021 määruse nr 25 „Sotsiaalteenuste osutamise tingimused ja kord“ § 21 kohase omastehooldaja asendamise teenuse osutamine, mis seisneb suure hooldusvajadusega täisealise inimese omastehooldaja asendamises hooldustoimingutes ja järelevalve tagamisel, võimaldades hooldajale lühiajalist puhkust ja vaba aja kasutamise võimalust.
