Hanke esemeks on vaktsiinide ostmine vastavalt tehnilises kirjelduses toodule. Pakkuja võib esitada pakkumuse ühele, mitmele või kõikidele osadele. Hanke täpsemad tingimused, sh vaktsiinide spetsifikatsioonid ja hankelepingu täitmise nõuded, on kirjeldatud hankedokumentides. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest Difteeria, teetanuse, läkaköha (atsellulaarne komponent) ning inaktiveeritud poliomüeliidi liitvaktsiin korduvvaktsineerimiseks 6-7-aastastel lastel ühes annuses eeltäidetud süstlas (koos nõelaga). Juhul, kui pakutaval tootel on eraldi lahusti ja süstelahuse pulber, on tootega kaasas nõelad ja manustamisvahend (süstesuspensiooni valmistamiseks ja vaktsineerimise läbiviimiseks). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest; Haemophilus influenzae tüüp b vaktsiin laste (vanuses 3 kuud, 4,5 kuud, 6 kuud ja 2 aastat) aktiivseks immuniseerimiseks ühes annuses manustamiseks (eeltäidetud süstlas või ühedoosilistes viaalides või muus samaväärses pakendis). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest; Marutõve inaktiveeritud täisviirus vaktsiin ühes annuses manustamiseks (eeltäidetud süstlas või ühedoosilistes viaalides või muus samaväärses pakendis). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest; Poliomüeliidi trivalentne, inaktiveeritud vaktsiin laste (vanuses 3 kuud, 4,5 kuud, 6 kuud, 2 aastat ja 6-7 aastat) aktiivseks immuniseerimiseks ühes annuses manustamiseks eeltäidetud süstlas (koos nõelaga) või üks doos ühes viaalis (kaasas süstevahend koos nõelaga). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
