Summary

Machine-generated summary

The procurement concerned the purchase of rolling stock for regional passenger transport on the Rail Baltica line, together with associated services, as well as options for additional rolling stock units. The technical description was attached as Annex 1. A separate contract was to be concluded with the successful tenderer by each purchaser, namely Elron, LTG and Vivi. LTG and Vivi were not obliged to buy the rolling stock; they secured an option for rolling stock with the same technical description and general conditions as Elron, except for the purchaser-specific basic conditions in Annexes 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3. The buyer, AS Eesti Liinirongid, awarded the contract.

Description

Lepingu esemeks on Rail Baltica regionaalse reisijateveo veeremi ost koos kaasnevate teenustega, samuti veeremiühiku optsioonid. Tehniline kirjeldus on lisatud (Lisa 1). Eduka pakkujaga sõlmib iga hankija (Elron, LTG, Vivi) eraldi lepingu. LTG ega Vivi ei kohustu lepingu sõlmimisega veeremit ostma, vaid tagavad optsiooni veeremile sama tehnilise kirjelduse ja samade üldtingimuste (Lisa 2) alusel nagu Elron, välja arvatud asjaomase hankija spetsiifilised põhitingimused (Lisad 2.1, 2.2 ja 2.3). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
