Käesoleva riigihanke objektiks on Oskuste festivali „Noor Meister 2026“ inventari, tehnika ning muude vajalike lahenduste rentimine koos nende paigaldamise (monteerimise) ja demonteerimisega. Kuigi käesoleva hanke eeldatav maksumus eraldiseisvana jääb lihthanke piirmäära, on tegemist summeeritava hankega riigihangete seaduse tähenduses. Arvestades samaliigiliste teenuste hangete eeldatavat kogumaksumust, ületab nende kogumaksumus rahvusvahelist piirmäära, mistõttu korraldab hankija käesoleva riigihanke avatud hankemenetlusena rahvusvahelist piirmäära ületavana.
