Description

Riigihanke eesmärgiks on hanke igas osas sõlmida raamleping A4 printerite ja nende lisaseadmete ostmiseks või rentimiseks koos täishooldusteenuse võimaluse ja lisateenustega. Riigihange korraldatakse Vabariigi Valitsuse 14.04.2022 korralduse nr 119 alusel kohustusliku keskse hankena. Riigihanke tulemusel sõlmitav raamleping laieneb kõikidele nimetatud korralduses loetletud riigiasutustele ja lisaks juriidilistele isikutele, kes on volitanud Riigi Info- ja Kommunikatsioonitehnoloogia Keskust korraldama riigihanget enda eest (ühishankijad). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest Raamleping sõlmitakse ühe pakkujaga. Raamlepingu alusel on võimalik printereid osta või rentida, tellida lisaks täishooldusteenus ja muid lisateenuseid. Hinnad fikseeritakse koos nende indekseerimisvõimalusega kogu raamlepingu kehtivusperioodiks. Raamlepingu eeldatav maksumus on määratud mõningase varuga, arvestades seejuures varasemate soetuste maksumusi.
