1. Sõlmitava hankelepingu esemeks on vastavalt riigihanke alusdokumentides ja pakkumuses sätestatud tingimustele istemööbli ostmine koos transportimise, paigaldamise, müügigarantii ja muude lisateenuste osutamisega. 2. Nõuded mööblile ja nõuded lepingu täitmise käigus pakkuja poolt osutatavatele teenustele on kirjeldatud eelkõige riigihanke selgitava dokumendi (RSD) lisas nr 2 asuvas „Hankelepingu eseme tehnilises kirjelduses (TK)“ ja selle lisas (TK lisa nr 1 „Mööbli täpsustav kirjeldus“). 3.
