An Estonian contracting authority is setting up a dynamic purchasing system for the purchase of trailer platforms (veolavad) and container base frames together with their spare parts, as well as ordering repair and maintenance services for these items. The scope includes platforms capable of securing 20-foot containers, platforms with EUR pallet securing capability, universal platforms for securing various goods, spare parts, and repair and maintenance services. The system may result in contracts with more than one supplier. Exclusion grounds and qualification requirements are set out in the tender base documents.
