Description

Hankelepingu esemeks on õhusõidukite liiklemise ja lennuvälja liiklusala jäätõrje toodete ostmine. Seotud hanke tulemusena sõlmitakse hankeleping kestvusega 12 kuud. Hankeleping sõlmitakse ingliskeelsena. Kui eduka pakkuja pakkumus kohustuslikule väljaostukogusele ületab hankija planeeritud eelarvet, on hankijal õigus hankelepingu sõlmimiseks tellitavat kohustuslikku väljaostu kogust lepinguperioodil vähendada selliselt, et hankija saab eelarve piires osta soodsaima ühikuhinnaga maksimaalse koguse kaupa. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest Loodava dünaamilise hankesüsteemi objektiks on erinevat tüüpi lennuraja ja lennuvälja jäätõrje ja jäätumisvastaste toodete soetamine. Hanke eseme ostmiseks korraldatakse seotud hankeid vajaduse põhiselt ja iga konkreetse seotud hanke tingimused tuuakse välja seotud hanke alusdokumentides. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
